Head Start Biz Solutions has served owners across Hampton Roads since 2008. This month we moved headstartbiz.com onto a new, faster website. The phone number has not changed: (757) 993-4334. What changed is everything around it.
Why we rebuilt the site
Our old site did its job for years, but it was spread across separate tools. Forms, follow-ups, and articles lived in different places, and that is exactly the problem we help clients solve on our data management desk. If we tell owners to keep names, follow-ups, and money in one system they can trust, our own website should work that way too.
The new site brings every page, every form, and every follow-up together in one place. When you reach out, your request lands in one record that our tax, funding, and consulting teams can all see.
One intake, one consultant
The biggest change you will notice is the intake form. Submit once and tell us what you need: tax, accounting and bookkeeping, formation, funding, payroll, business credit, credit consulting, a business plan, a merchant account, a website, data management, or lead generation. You do not have to figure out which department to call.
From there you are assigned a consultant as your direct contact by email, text, or phone. As our Getting Started page explains, they reach you within 24 to 48 hours. No 800 number. That has been the deal since 2008.

Most owners find us on a phone, between jobs. The new site is built mobile-first, loads on a secure connection, and keeps the call button one tap away. Behind the scenes, every page has its own search title and description so the right guide shows up when someone in Norfolk, Virginia Beach, or Chesapeake searches for help.
What this means for current clients
Nothing about your consultant or your file changes. You will keep working with the same people. The difference is speed: requests, documents, and follow-ups flow into one record, so fewer things fall through the cracks.
